Automotive Design Verification & Test Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Define, design, build, and maintain well-structured efficient, reusable, and reliable test cases.
• Maintain and design test environments required for tests execution and manual tests.
• Creating and executing of test scenarios related to performance and scalability.
• Define, design and implement test automation frameworks.
• Planning and execution of tests on test benches, improving the installation of new test benches.
• Analyzing test results and root-cause analysis of failures .
• Coordinating test development and execution on the software, hardware, and system levels.
• Working in collaboration with developers and QA engineers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in BS, MS or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent/related field.
• Master’s Degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of relevant full-time experience.
• Experience in vehicular communication networks such as CAN, LIN.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python) will be an asset.
• Knowledge of HIL, SIL, automotive system tools.
• Knowledge of peripheral communication protocols such as I2C, UART.
• Having solid, analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset)
