Part-Time Data Engineer

Job Description:

• Advising data science team on appropriate tooling for a particular solution based on your expertise in specific technologies,
• Contribute to ad-hoc strategic projects,
• End-to-end ownership of data quality in our core datasets and data pipelines.

Qualifications: 

• 3rd or 4th year students of Software Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines,
• Able to work part-time for a minimum of 1 year, 3-4 days a week,
• Fundamental understanding of basic analytics and machine learning concepts,
• Preferably experience with SQL and Python,
• Preferably being familiar with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.,
• Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
• Disciplined, tidy, fast and analytical working skills,
• Self-learning ability and be passionate about research,
• Strong communication skills and team-player.
