Battery Design Verification & Test Engineer

Job Description;

• Develop and maintain comprehensive testing strategies that align with project goals and requirements, considering the specific needs of the design validation group.
• •Design and implement  scalable test automation framework that enhances efficiency and repeatability of tests across the organization.
• •Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools, frameworks, and technologies to meet the evolving needs of the design validation process.
• •Establish and maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and test results. Ensure comprehensive documentation of test processes and results
• •Identify potential risks in the product's design and functionality and develop mitigation strategies through testing.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor's Degree in BS, MS or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent/related field
• Master’s Degree is a plus
• 5+ years of relevant full-time experience
• Familiarity with testing tools and software, as well as data analysis tools.
• Proactive approach to improving testing methodologies and processes to optimize validation efforts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers in the field.
• Knowledge of battery tests, particularly as they relate to cell and module performance tests.
• Experience in peripheral communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART and CAN bus protocols
• Experienced with Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) systems, and test bench setups
• Experienced with a programming, like Python,Java,C
• Excellent command of written and verbal English
